  • Going forward: rotate through all names monthly, keep your personal 10 consistent

Daily Routine (15–20 min)

Morning
Review this week's names with meanings. No looking at the sheet after day 3.
Once per day
Use at least 1 name actively in your dua. Make it real, not recitation.
End of day
Write 3 names from memory. If you hesitate, that's tomorrow's focus.
End of week
Write all the week's names + meanings without looking. Then test all previous weeks.
